DHSU is seeking to partner with a vendor to provide digital signage which grants DSHU the opportunity to generate revenue while at the same time providing a better waiting room experience for our patients family and friends. DHSU wants to partner with a vendor who will provide complimentary mobile device charging stations, that will make it easier for them to keep in touch with family and friends, get work done, or pass the time without worrying about battery life. There is no cost to the hospital to implement the program Hospitals will receive free charging stations in busy public spaces to support patient experience and act as new marketing vehicles for the hospital and also feature hospital approved sponsorship content. Hospitals will receive 20%+ free hospital marketing and branding inventory to feature critical communication initiatives (service lines, awards/rankings, upcoming events, etc.) Hospitals will receive recurring quarterly contributions from vendor derived from the gross revenue of media sponsorships of hospital-approved businesses. Hospital has 100% approval on all the locations, designs, clients, and creative messages Vendor must routinely inspect and maintain their equipment DHSU will provide power and data at the locations where showcase inventory Any vendor interested should send proposal will all details and contract information by due date mentioned in advertisement above.
