A consultant is required to provide full design and construction administration services for a comprehensive reconstruction of 36,975 GSF of the Second Floor Tower Wing of the Hospital Building. The MICU, CTICU, and CCU will be consolidated at the second floor and will modernize and increase the capacity of these CCU's providing single patient CCU room, each with its own toilet/shower room and in accordance with current best practices and trends for CCU design, and in accordance with current FGI Guidelines. These rooms will also be flexible as they will also be capable of accommodating step-down patients. The renovation will include architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, as well as IT/AV, window replacement, specialized equipment, hazardous materials abatement and will provide upgrades to meet current code and ADA requirements.
