The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit effective proposals from qualified non-profit organizations and government entities interested in developing an multi-family rental project that is affordable to low and moderate households and will leverage the 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) program. The City of Albuquerque's Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) has allocated up to $8,000,000 in City of Albuquerque Gross Receipts Tax (GRT) Bond funds under this RFP.
