This Requirement is a Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Fort Hunter LIgget DPW for w ork at Fort Hunter Liggett, Moffett Field, and Parks Reserve Force Training Area all located in California. This is a 100% 8(a) Competitive Set Aside for 8(a) firms w ith a bona fide place of business w ithin the geographical competitive area, under NAICS code 236220, Commercial and Industrial Construction, w ith a size standard of $45,000,000.00. The Contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to complete each task order placed against this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract in accordance w ith the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract, each specific statement of w ork and the specifications referenced herein. The minimum guarantee for this contract is $250,000. Multiple projects may be combined to meet the minimum guarantee. (See Supplemental Information for more details). Block 11 applies to individual task orders only.
