Renovation of a municipal facility in Farmingville, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Demo & completely remove AHU's 7 & 8 including chilled water shutoff valves, outside air, exhaust, and return dampers and all associated duct work. Install new AHU'S with operating controls package, new chilled water shutoff valves, dampers, & associated duct work. Rebuild existing return air fan motor on AHU #7. Install new variable frequency drives for both the supply and return fan motors for greater energy efficiency. Project is included Town of Brookhaven FY 2023 - 2027 Budget CIP *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
