General, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Work for new Modular Classroom Buildings at Benjamin Cosor Elementary School and at the Junior-Senior High School. General, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Work for new Pre-Engineered Storage Building at the Junior-Senior High School. Electrical Work for Auditorium Improvements at the Junior-Senior High School. The Owner, the School Board of the Fallsburg Central School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the ARPA/CRRSSA Funding Project, which includes construction of a Pre-engineered Storage Building, Modular Annex Classrooms, Theatrical/Lighting Upgrades at Auditorium, and misc. mechanical, electrical, and plumbing support work. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 01A - General Construction, Storage Building (GC-S) Contract No. 02A - General Construction, Modular Classrooms (GC-M) Contract No. 03A - Mechanical/Plumbing Construction (MPC) Contract No. 04A - Electrical Construction (EC) Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the conditions provided in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Owner being exempt therefrom.
