As of April 25, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Project scope includes but is not limited to interior finish out of first, second, and third floor of existing three-story building to serve as business-occupancy for Ellis County. Interior construction includes new open workspace, enclosed offices, meeting rooms, public and employee toilet rooms and break rooms with seating along with additional entry vestibules and site improvements including new visitor parking, staff parking and emergency generator. The project duration is 310 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Question Deadline 03/09/2023 Proposals are preferred to be electronically submitted.
