Site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Edison, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a 2,787-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for the addition of a 8,432-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
All work shall be constructed in accordance to the project plans and specifications. Project is to be completed in 365 days after contract award and receipt of the notice to proceed The associated site improvements for the project includes, but are not limited to, the importation of clean fill and site grading, construction of concrete sidewalk, drainage improvements, installation of new water distribution and sanitary sewer systems, retaining walls, parking lot improvements, and associated site restoration work as directed by the Township, in accordance with the project plans and specifications The new mechanical work includes but is not limited to, a new kitchen exhaust hood with a roof mounted makeup air unit for the kitchen space, a new roof mounted air source heat pump that will provide heating and cooling to the new spaces, and the reconnection of two existing split air handling units. New plumbing of sanitary and domestic layouts, new fire alarm service and fire suppression sprinkler system has been performance designed in support of the updated architectural layout are included in the overall project
