Project has been awarded to Asphalt Maintenance Solutions, LLC amounting of $116,877.90 A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Conewago Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. No separate payment will be made. The road may be closed during construction, if the Contractor implements a detour plan. The detour plan must be submitted to the Township for approval prior to implementation. A detour plan, advance road closure postings, and door hangers shall be placed at least five (5) calendar days in advance with anticipated construction dates.
