Reference number : 1696424 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-13 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Richelieu wishes to receive bids for infrastructure reconstruction work, all over a length of approximately 250 linear meters on 4th Street and 150 linear meters on Archambault Street for a total of 400 meters. To be considered, any submission must be accompanied by: A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or an irrevocable letter of bank guarantee equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid in favor of the city of Richelieu and valid for the validity period of the bid; A letter of surety guarantee from an insurance company holding an insurer's license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers and the authorization to exercise the surety insurance activity, certifying that a work performance bond, as well as a bond for pledges, materials and services, each having a value of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the tender will be granted to us in the event that this contract is awarded to us The City of Richelieu does not undertake to retain either the lowest or any of the tenders presented. It is the responsibility of bidders to ensure that they have all the required documents before submitting their bid.
