The plans, the specifications, as well as the tender form can be consulted and obtained only from the Electronic tendering system of the Government of Quebec , from May 25, 2022, according to the terms and conditions costs indicated on the website . To be considered, any submission must be accompanied by: A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or irrevocable bank letter of guarantee equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid in favor of the city of Richelieu and valid for the validity period of the bid; A letter of guarantee from a company authorized to stand surety and undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the amount of the contract, as well as a guarantee of payment of wages, materials and labor equivalent to 50% of the contract amount.
