Reference number : 1648150 Review Title : Excavation service (24 hour emergency service) Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (1 year) The tenderer must also demonstrate: 5.3.1 that he holds a valid license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) in category 1.4 Roads and pipelines; 5.3.2 that he has been in business for at least three (3) years in the field of excavation (24 hour emergency service); 5.3.3 own at least the following equipment: two (2) backhoes (backhoes) with hammer, vibrating plate and accessories; two (2) dumpers (dumpster); two (2) shovels with hammer, vibrating plate and accessories; two (2) service trucks identified with the name of the company and equipped with the tools necessary for all the work provided for in the contract; one (1) mini excavator with hammer, vibrating plate and accessories. 5.3.4 To be considered the owner, the bidder's name must appear on the registration certificate. The tenderer must attach to his tender, a photocopy or a duplicate of this certificate as well as a photo of each piece of equipment. In the absence of ownership of the equipment, the bidder must present and provide an option to purchase or a long-term lease guaranteeing that the equipment(s) will be available for the duration of the contract. Equipment that is not the property of the bidder must be clearly identified in the bid The equipment proposed by the tenderer must be in good condition (cleanliness and mechanical); a visual inspection may be made by the director before awarding the contract. Any discrepancies found during the inspection must be corrected immediately. Equipment refused by the director cannot be admitted to this contract. If it fails to comply within the deadlines prescribed by the director, the OMHM may not award the contract to the successful bidder.
