The project also includes the expansion of the main electrical room and the relocation of an existing transformer to its installation in the electrical room in order to lighten the transformer currently in operation. Certain equipment purchased through pre-purchase and all the resulting actions will be transferred to the general contractor who will be awarded the construction contract for the entire project. The Supplier for the pre-purchase will then become the subcontractor and Supplier of this contractor. The transfer of the contract will take place according to the terms of the Novation Agreement attached to the AO documents. Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. Start date : Spring 2023 End date : Spring 2024 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
