Renovation of a swimming pool in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the Borough Quintal swimming pool. The scope of the project includes interior and exterior renovation of the building, upgrades to the pool electrical and mechanical systems. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded a full team of architectural and engineering professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in summer 2023. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in fall 2024.
