Site work and new construction of a civil project in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 1,200-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of Saint-Laurent regulation technical building of Jean-R.-Marcotte sewer treatment plant. The scope of work includes the construction of a technical building to relocate there mechanical, electrical and control equipment, replacement of control valves and their actuators, installation of hydraulic piping to feed new actuators, structural repairs and all civil, control, electricity and ventilation works. TIMELINE: The owner has not accepted any of bids submitted for the tender for the general contractor IP19046-162226-C and cancelled it. The owner is redefining the project scope and expects to issue a new tender in late spring/early summer 2023. Further update at that time.
