Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification Form, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. All Contractors and Subcontractors of any tier that perform work under this contract must comply with the Township of Ridley Ordinance No. 2048 - Minimum Standards of Contractor Responsibility. Each bidder must submit a Contractor Responsibility Certification, and if applicable, a Subcontractor list and Subcontractor Responsibility Certification with the bid. Failure to submit the documents may result in bid being rejected. The Borough of Morton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding, as them deem in the best interest of the Borough.
