Renovation of a detention facility in Lovelock, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This project will perform electrical equipment testing, equipment setting adjustments, short circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies at the Lovelock Correctional Center per plans and specifications. This project will also replace the PLC control system in in the medium voltage emergency transfer switch control system, backup batteries and 3rd party commissioning of emergency power system programming and hardware. All bidders submitting bids to the State Public Works Division must be qualified as bidders by the State Public Works Division prior to the bid opening. The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is: $800,000.00
