As of September 21, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. City of Lovelock ("City") is accepting bids or proposals to provide normal maintenance on selected City streets consisting of slurry sealing, crack filling, striping and valley gutter repair. The bids will be reviewed at the next scheduled Lovelock City Council meeting following the bid opening at a time to be announced at the Lovelock City Hall and the contract for the services and work may be awarded at that time. The contract with the successful bidder will include certifications that the contractor is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel per subsection 4 of NRS 332.065, and to not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or age. The right is reserved to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted proposals, reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which is deemed by the City Council to be in the best interest of the City of Lovelock. This project will include approximately one million square feet ofslurry seal on various City streets. "Description Attached" B. Centerline restriping of all slurried streets. C.
