Renovation of a water / sewer project in Winchester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town is seeking bids for the replacement/installation of Granular Activated Carbon Filter Media for the Towns Treatment Plant. The bidder will furnish all supervisory labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to install carbon into two filters. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, treasurers check or cashiers check issued by a responsible bank of five percent (5%) of the bid or a bid bond prepared on the form of bid bond attached hereto, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, but in no event less than one hundred ($100) dollars or more than fifty thousand ($50,000.00) dollars.
