Saving Project...

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in West Manheim, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

1. Work included under this contract consists of: A. The removal and replacement of the existing 5/8 galvanized steel dock anchoring cables, on dock sets DD and HH only, which are an integral part of the dock anchorage system. The existing onshore anchorage and offshore earth anchors are to be considered in good condition and reused. B. One failed offshore earth anchor will be reinstalled, on dock set I2, and is to be installed at an approximate water depth of 30 feet. The exiting steel cable will be reused at this location. C. Additional repairs, as shown on the contract drawings, will be made to improve the overall condition of the floating docks and gangways within the marina. The rollers will be replaced on all aluminum ADA gangways. The Contractor shall be informed that the dock system will be in use through the duration of this contract. D. Work will be required to repair damage to dock set A at the marina. Two floats on the leading edge of the floating dock will be replaced. The two separated sections of floating dock will be reconnected. Vinyl fenders will be replaced, if necessary, at this location. Furnish labor, material, equipment, and appliances necessary to provide a complete installation and repair of structural steel and aluminum as shown on the Drawings and specified herein.
