The Town of Hanson Highway Department, acting through the Town Administrator, the Awarding Authority, is requesting sealed bids for the following road materials, services and products to be used on State Aid Roads, Town Roads and Town Projects. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PREQUALIFIED BY THE MASSACHUSETTS HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT/MASS DOT. ITEM #1: Traffic Lines, Crosswalk Painting, and Graphics with Thermo-Plastic and Chlorinated Rubber. All materials must meet or exceed the MASS DOT Specifications. All bids are subject to the provisions of the M.G.L. c. 30, 39M and M.G.L. c. 30B. A signed Certificate of Compliance with regards to the MASS DOT Specifications must accompany each bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids for the best interest of the town. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
