Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hanson, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
At the site of the former Plymouth County Hospital, the Town of Hanson invites sealed bids from qualified applicants to establish a trail 4,550 feet long, 6+ feet wide which will utilize sections of existing old asphalt/packed gravel roadway. These will be connected with new sections of compacted reprocessed asphalt. An 8-space trailhead parking area including a Handicap Space will be created using the same material. The initial 4,550 feet are planned to be Accessible.
