The City of Foster City is requesting for proposals (RFP) for the regularly scheduled and emergency street sweeping services in Foster City. The initial contract period for the street sweeping services shall be from June 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025 for a 30-month period. The work to be performed consists of sweeping, either by machine sweeping or hand sweeping, all designated improved public streets, including curb returns and median islands, within Foster City on a uniform schedule. This proposal is for the regularly scheduled and emergency street sweeping services in Foster City, California. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, shop facilities, equipment, and materials and perform all work necessary to provide for street sweeping services.
