Water Well Redevelopment / Pump & Motor Replacement at Well #5, Cassadaga Pump Station & Flow Testing of Cassadaga and Poland Center Wells - Well cleaning and redevelopment (Cass. Well #5), New pump and motor and associated materials (Cass. Well #5) , Flow Testing of 11 Water Wells . The general scope of work for BD-03-23 includes Water Well Redevelopment, Pump and Motor Replacement and Flow Testing as identified in the Technical Section contained herein. The purpose and scope of this specification are to outline the requirements for cleaning an existing well (Well #5) at the BPU's Cassadaga Well Field, as well as conducting flow testing of the BPU's other eleven wells located at the Cassadaga and Poland Center Well Fields. The BPU shall provide suitable access to the site for the contractor's equipment. - The BPU reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any bid which the BPU deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of the public monies for the benefit of its customers by securing the maximum quality at the lowest possible cost.
