Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Ajax, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete Concrete Curb Cutting Services within the Town of Ajax. The Works shall include the removal and disposal of waste materials from concrete curb cutting operations. The type of concrete curb cutting required includes but is not limited to: - Widening of existing driveways; - Installing pedestrian ramps; and - Installation of new driveways. The Contract will be for a one year term with the Town reserving the option to renew the Contract for two additional, one year terms, based on the Company providing satisfactory performance of the Contract and the Town's review at the anniversary date of each term.
