Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in East Point, Georgia. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As of April 26, 2023. The project has been cancelled and no information to rebid the project at this time. A synopsis for this project is below: The City of East Point, Georgia is soliciting potential vendor(s) to provide and install a Hexagon Shelter for the Parks and Recreation Department. The dimensions should be 16' W/7'6" EAVE 4:12 PITCH ROOF. Also, the Engineered Drawings with Calculations must be provided. Please Note: Off-loading, assembly, installation and permitting does need to be included in the quote price. There is no guarantee that the City of East Point, Georgia will utilize the services of any consulting firm or individual responding to this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The Selected Provider shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and labor necessary to complete the required services as described herein and to the specifications as directed including all incidentals as determined by the East Point City Manager or his representative. All questions shall be directed to the City of East Point,electronically no later than 12:00 PM, Thursday, March 16, 2023. No submitted Bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time or receipt of Bids for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days. A pre-bid conference (site visit) has not been scheduled for this solicitation and the City does not anticipate having one.
