Preproposal Requests for Clarification Due March 23, 2023 The scope of services to be provided generally includes the following: Professional Construction Management Services consist of schedule management, change order management, budget monitoring, submittal review including coordination with the design engineer for review of technical submittals, quality assurance, managing progress payments, and all other duties necessary to complete the work. Construction Observation Services will be required to assure quality control, document work, and provide direct interaction with the construction Contractor. The scope will also include coordination with the Districts Water Protection and Water Operations Divisions as needed. Additionally, the Consultant shall maintain outreach coordination, and timely communication with all affected property owners. Consultant shall provide all services necessary to oversee successful completion of the construction project and turnover of the new facilities to the District. Proposed additions and/or modifications of the Scope of Services shall be noted in the Consultant's proposal. A detailed Scope of Services is attached hereto as Attachment 1. While the full scope of work shall be negotiated in a Professional Services Agreement, the Respondent will be expected to fulfill, at a minimum, the services and technical requirements described in the attached Scope of Services. EVMWD is located in southwestern Riverside County and encompasses portions of four cities and several unincorporated areas. The Canyon Lake South 1MG Reservoir Site (Site) shares a driveway with the residence at 30861 Blackhorse Drive. The driveway is showing signs of deterioration and is in need of replacement. In this project, the District will remove approximately 4,700 SF of the existing driveway and replace it with a new reinforced driveway that is capable of handling the traffic loads of District and cell provider vehicles. This project will also relocate approximately 460 feet of the existing 8-inch ACP waterline located under the driveway.
