PROJECT NAME & LOCATION: DBMP (Jax Lab) Andrade Bldg HVAC Controls and Renovations located at 1217 N Pearl St, Jacksonville, FL 32202 FOR: All labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permits to successfully complete all work per the construction documents. Project includes a complete changeout of the existing direct digital controllers, updated sequences and integration to existing enterprise building management system by Tridium.
