Lake Avenue, Lakeland, Fl 33801. Lakeland Fl. The Project Will Involve Construction of a Dog Park in an Existing Retention Basin Owned by the City of Lakeland. the Site Will Require Minimal Finish Grading Only. the Existing Trees Will Remain. Construction Elements May Include Fencing, Signage, Specialty Flat Concrete Work, Installation of a Water Meter, Dog Fountain & Wash Station, Benches & Trash Cans, Rain Garden Landscaping, Decorative Fieldstone Retaining Walls and Sculpture Bases, and Sod of Disturbed Areas Only.
