Reference Number 0000311985 The Town of Estes Park is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the provision of municipal waste and recyclable materials collection services. The work is separated into two Schedules. Question Acceptance Deadline 03/02/2023 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes Purchase Type Term: 04/17/2023 02:00 AM EDT - 12/31/2023 02:00 AM EST Schedule 1 consists of one hundred and forty-one (141) downtown waste containers, forty-three (43) downtown recycling containers, (1) 50-gal recycle container Trailblazer, (1) 50-gal recycle container located at Estes Park Museum (will-call), five (5) fifty-gallon recycling containers located at Town Hall, one (1) 64-gal recycling container located at the Visitor Center, and one (1) 2 cubic yard recycling container located at Water Dept, (see Exhibit A). Schedule 2 consists of (9) 2-yard dumpsters located as shown in Exhibit B. The frequency of emptying the waste and recycling containers is specified below according to two seasonal categories: May-October (peak season) and November-April (non-peak season). There is also one (1) 15 cubic yard roll-off dumpster located at the Events Center, and one (1) 2 cubic yard roll-off dumpster located at Light and Power Yard on an on-call schedule.
