Reference Number 0000316429 The MTP will guide the implementation of projects to create a transportation network that integrates all modes of travel in a manner that is safe, equitable and easy to navigate. The TDP will perform a comprehensive needs-based evaluation of the Estes Transit system and provide recommendations for system enhancement.
