The project is located 2 miles east of the intersection of Pleasant Valley Road and NY-12. The projects limits extend from 140 ft west to 100 ft east of the culvert. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Removal of the existing structure and replacement with a precast concrete box culvert, and reconstruction of approximately 250 ft of approach roadway to tie into the adjacent roadway. CR Number: 2095716 The project includes removing and replacing the existing structure carrying Pleasant Valley Road over Negro Hollow. The existing crossing will be replaced with a precast concrete box culvert with cast-in-place concrete wingwalls. The project includes approximately 250 linear feet of approach reconstruction to tie the new crossing into the existing roadway alignment. New bridge and approach guide railing will be installed within the project limits. Traffic will be maintained using an off site detour during construction.
