Site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Newark, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project involves the replacement of the existing culvert beneath West Miller Street with a 185 ft. long - 8 ft. by 5 ft. precast concrete box culvert with wingwalls. This project also includes full-depth asphalt pavement reconstruction of West Miller Street from Lillie Street to Mason Street, approximately 1100 ft. in length. Also included is relocation and replacement of utilities - water lines and services, sanitary sewer lines and laterals, installation of a new storm water drainage system, curbs, concrete sidewalks with ADA accessible ramps, installation of signs and pavement markings and other miscellaneous work. The official time for the receipt of bids will be the time shown on the time stamp located in the Village Clerk's Office. Bids received after the above noted time will not be considered.
