Proposal to Include Necessary Cleaning, Prepping of All Exterior Surfaces (on Windows and Surrounding Surfaces) for Wet Glazing and Sealing of Window Perimeters Using a High Strength, High Performance Silicone Window Sealant. Contractor to Reposition, Adjust and Secure Snap Covers on Curtain Wall. First Floor Windows on Public Side Facing West and Southwest Are Excluded From This Sow.
