Adams County (County) is Seeking Responses From Experienced and Qualified Vendors for Architectural Signage and Environmental Graphics Fabrication and Installation Services at Any County Owned or Leased Facility. The Intent is to Have Vendors Who Specialize in Custom Fabrication and Installation Respond to This Rfp Showing Creativity, Flexibility and Capacity in Multiple Trades, Disciplines and Construction Materials. Projects May Range From Simple Parking Signs to Wayfinding Maps and Multi-faceted Monument Signs. Signage Projects May Involve Single Discipline to Multiple Trades, And Will Often Incorporate Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Landscape or Other Scopes of Work. Projects Will Vary in Size and Scope on a 'per Project' Basis Based on County Need, Budget, Project Intent, and Anticipated Schedule. Facility Types May Range From Interior to Exterior Applications Including Office/general Business Locations, Industrial Facilities or Parks and Trails, Etc. Personnel and Staffing at Justice Based or Other Secure Facilities May Require Additional Background Checks and/or Certifications. Intent of the County is to Award Multiple Agreements to Experienced and Qualified Vendors for 'on-call - as Needed' Services for Most Architectural Signage and Environmental Graphics Fabrication and Installation-based Projects. The County Reserves the Right to Award a Single Contract at Its Discretion. Awarded Vendor(S) Will Be Selected for Individual Project Award(S) Based on Subject Matter Expertise, Fee Proposal, Schedule Availability, and Workload. While There is No Guarantee of Project Awards or Work, Currently Some of the Anticipated Projects Include: o Park Identification and Wayfinding Signage Throughout the County's Park, Open Space and Trail System o Building Signage (Exterior) o Parking and Other Regulatory Signage o Exterior Monuments o Interpretive Signage and Mounted o Large Format Exterior Led/digital Screens.
