Remove and replace existing roofing. This project will include but not limited to:
o Remove current residential shingle roof approximately 2000 sq. ft.
o Replace damaged/rotten plywood as needed
o Replace flashing as needed
o Install 2 inches of rigid insulation throughout both roof sections.
o Install pipe collars at existing plumbing penetrations.
o Clean and haul away all job-related debris
