This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Beaver Valley Community Centre Parking Lot Reconstruction, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Town of The Blue Mountains is embarking on the reconstruction of the parking lot at the Beaver Valley Community Centre which will include the replacement of the asphalt surface, granulars, concrete sidewalk and storm sewers in the existing parking/asphalt area surrounding the Beaver Valley Community Centre. Electric vehicle charging stations will also be added to the site. THE WORK WILL INCLUDE: In total, the parking lot reconstruction covers approximately 9,200 square metres of parking lot and all auxiliary work including storm sewer, sidewalk, curb, landscaping, and electrical works. The work is required to be completed between May 1, 2023 and August 25, 2023.
