Olmsted Township is inviting bids for the Olmsted Township 2023 Road Program, which consists of: Reconstruction of Avondale Court Full Depth Asphalt with Concrete Curb and Gutter (Base Bid) Reconstruction of Avondale Court Full Depth Concrete Pavement (Bid Alternate) Timber Lane Concrete Pavement Repair (Add Alternate) Heatherwood Circle Concrete Cul-de-sac Replacement (Add Alternate) Hunters Ridge Lane Concrete Repair (Add Alternate) Bids will be valid for 90 days after the Bid opening date. Each Bid must contain all Bid Forms, if the Bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into with the Township in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Form of Contract contained in the Bid Documents. Bid Bonds will be returned when the Contract has been executed by the Successful Bidder, or when any Bid is, or all Bids are rejected. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and waive any non-conformities or irregularities contained therein.
