Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, parts, equipment, and labor for proper lead and asbestos abatement, and other items necessary to perform all aspects of the Water Environmental Building Lead and Asbestos Abatement project. Scope will include removal of lead and asbestos outlined in the attached survey from the first and second floors only located at 13179 Ninth Street and 13191 Ninth Street. The Water Environmental Building is considered one building with two independent structures. Both structures were tested and have been confirmed to have existing lead and asbestos materials. Contractor to remove all lead and asbestos contents of the structure properly per the attached Technical Specifications. The project scope of work will include removing all identified lead and asbestos materials within a 6,800 square foot two story building. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to properly abating and loading the hazardous materials and hauling and disposing of the hazardous materials to an approved dumpsite.
