**As of November 25, 2025, this project has been awarded.** The Work comprises but is not limited to: Installation of new 12" PVC C900 DR 14 water main and all associated tasks including but not limited to trenching; new fire hydrant installation; new water service lateral installation; removal of interfering portions of existing water main infrastructure; backfill and compaction; flushing, disinfection, and testing, asphalt reconstruction; sidewalk and driveway construction; fence and gate replacement; private property restoration; striping restoration; and monument preservation. 10% Bid Bond. Awarded contractor will be required to submit a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond. Engineer's Estimate: $1.2M (Base bid). Contractor's License: Class A. 90 working days.
