Site work for a mixed-use development in Crest Hill, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course; and playground / park / athletic field.
Work will include landscape turf restoration work for the prairie bluff pickleball & golf range project. Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract. Illinois Prevailing Wage Act requirements apply. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Commissioners of the Lockport Township Park District, Will County, Illinois reserves the right to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
