Proposals and accompanying documentation provided to High River in response to this RFP will not be returned. The Town Of High River is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide Hot Pour Crack Sealing Services. The Town Of High River Public Works Department has made it a priority to provide a high level of service related to crack sealing throughout the Town as discussed further in the Scope of Work. This RFP is cover services required by the Town to achieve these standards. All decisions on deployment and level of service required by the Contractor will be as directed by the Manager of Public Works, or their designate.
