The Town of High River may, in its sole discretion, allow additional time for proponents to submit a proposal. High River is seeking proposals from accredited agencies for the provision of safety codes services in the Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Gas and Private Sewage Disposal System disciplines, in accordance with the High River Quality Management Plan (QMP) and the Request for Proposals (RFP). High River is and Accredited Municipality pursuant to the Safety Codes Act and requires an Accredited Agency to provide Services within the corporate boundaries of the Town of High River, these Services in accordance with: the Act, Attachment A-1, the Permit Regulation, Attachment A-2 and High River's current Quality Management Plan (QMP Version: June 2020 v1.5), Attachment A-3. The contracted "Accredited Agency" must conduct building plan reviews, private sewage disposal systems reviews, conduct inspections, in accordance with the Safety Codes Act including the pursuant regulations, codes and standards that are in force as amended from time-to-time and applicable in the aforementioned technical disciplines and the Quality Management Plan.
