Site work for a water / sewer project in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide material and labor to remove 711 feet of 24-inch terracotta pipe and replace with 24 inch Round Concrete Pipe or Polypropylene Pipe between existing man holes., as more particularly specified in the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 08/23/2023 at 12:00 questions may be directed to the Project Manager identified for this Project on the PennBid website. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall obtain and pay for all construction permits and licenses. Owner shall assist Contractor, when necessary, in obtaining such permits and licenses. Prevailing Wage Act, 43 PS section 165-1 et seq (applies only if Pennsylvania grants funds are used) The successful bidders will be required to provide Construction Performance and Payment Bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount as specified in the contract documents, which bonds shall also cover a 1-year correction period which will commence upon completion of the Work. OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or portions thereof. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids
