Addenda: The last date for the Architect to receive items to be addressed in any addenda is March 15, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. EDT. All requests must be submitted to the Architect in writing. Project Location: South Oldham High School, 5901 Veterans Memorial Parkway, Crestwood, Kentucky 40014 Project Description: This project consists of renovating existing rooms into a Welding Lab program with a Classroom, Storage rooms and an Office. Major Systems include Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing. Owner will supply the following for installation by Contractor: 1. Electric Panel. 2. Heat Pumps. 3. Air Compressor System. 4. Welding Booths. 5. Welding Equipment - Refer to Sheet A2.1. 6. The work includes providing support systems to receive Owner's equipment, and mechanical and electrical connections. a. The Owner will arrange for and deliver necessary shop drawings, product data, and samples to the Contractor. b. The Owner will arrange and pay for delivery of Owner-furnished items according to the Contractor's Construction Schedule. c. Following delivery, the Contractor will inspect items delivered for damage. d. If Owner-furnished items are damaged, defective, or missing, the Owner will arrange for replacement. e. The Contractor shall review shop drawings, product data, and samples and return them to the Architect noting discrepancies or problems anticipated in use of the product. f. The Contractor is responsible for receiving, unloading, and handling Owner-furnished items at the site. g. The Contractor is responsible for protecting Owner-furnished items from damage, including damage from exposure to the elements. The Contractor shall repair or replace items damaged as a result of his operations.
