Estimated contract duration without options (in month): 12 Summer and winter maintenance of the N-810 road (Villebois-Selbaie-Joutel) Project No .: SD23-5036-3 The Societe de developpement de la Baie-James (the Societe) wishes to receive offers concerning the call for tenders named in title. Brief description of needs The work consists of carrying out summer maintenance of the gravel section, from km 20 to km 120, as well as winter maintenance of the entire road, from km 20 to km 180, from Villebois-Selbaie-Joutel road. With a length of 160 kilometres, this road begins 20 kilometers north of Villebois and connects Joutel via Selbaie. Work begins on May 1 , 2023 and ends on April 30, 2024 with the possibility of annual renewal for two additional years. ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT IN QUEBEC OR IN A TERRITORY COVERED BY THE APPLICABLE AGREEMENTS AND WHO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. Certification from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that the service provider apply for a certificate from Revenu Quebec as soon as possible in order to be able to solve any possible problem relating to obtaining it before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders. In fact, section 2.7 of the instructions to service providers, which requires that the certificate from Revenu Quebec be held by service providers, provides that the certificate is valid until the end of the three-month period follows the month in which it was issued.
