The project, in general, includes clearing and grubbing, tree removal and tree protection, water pollution control and traffic control, providing, installing and constructing a prefabricated bicycle and pedestrian bridge, retaining walls and a pedestrian switchback structure, sidewalk and trail improvements, handrails, guardrails, ramps, fencing, erosion control, utility coordination, inlet and storm drain modifications, signing and striping, AC overlays and pavement widening on and around the Los Gatos Creek Trail and SR 9 in Los Gatos, CA. The Town will respond, via Addenda, only to questions submitted in writing to the Town and received by the Town a minimum of ten (10) working days prior to the bid opening time and date. The Contractor shall have Two-Hundred Seventy (270) working days to complete this project. Working days will be counted upon the Contractor's receipt of the Notice to Proceed, as noted above. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
