Reference Number 0000312743 The Town of Severance, Colorado (Town), is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide professional Material Testing Services for the construction of traffic signal installation and intersection improvements at State Highway 392 and Weld County Road 23. This Request for Proposal is a Solicitation and Not an Offer to Contract. The Town Reserves the Right To Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals. The Town Further Reserves the Right to Issue Clarifications And Other Directives Concerning This Request for Proposals: to Require Clarification or Further Information With Respect to Any Proposal, and to Determine the Final Terms of Any Contract for Services.
