Renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Greeley, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of this project is for the complete removal and replacement of the existing stairwell sidewalk hatch and the stairwell entry hollow metal frame and door per the project documents and this scope of work. Attachment A: Project Documents 1. Contractor will be responsible for procuring and executing all scopes of work as outlined and specified in the projects contract documents that have been provided during this bid request per the attachments outlined above and this scope of work. This will include but not be limited to all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the total scope of work. It is the contractors responsibility at the time of bid submission to ensure that all project specifications and requirements have been included per the project documents provided. Weld County is seeking lump sum bids to remove and replace the existing sidewalk hatch and hollow metal door assembly located at the Weld County Centennial Center at 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado.
