Renovation of a municipal facility in Greeley, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State of Colorado, Air National Guard (ANG) is solicitating firms in accordance with the State of Colorado State Buildings Programs selection process. ANG intends to retain the services of one (1) qualified and experienced Architectural Designer to evaluate, design and oversee the replacement of six (6) roofs at Greeley Air National Guard Base. Roof types range from flat roofs to slopped standing seam metal roofs from different ages and construction types. The ANG is looking first for an evaluation followed by a design for repair or replacement based off the firm's professional opinion. Once designs are completed, the ANG will package the drawings and bid out each roof either for repair or replacement (design/bid/build). The anticipated budget for construction will be determined based on the firm's findings during the conceptual phase of design and their cost estimate that's developed throughout the remaining design phase.
